Preseason: Little Foot FC Beat Stubborn ANAFOOT Side

Little Foot FC in a friendly game as part of the preparations for the Southwest Regional League humbled ANAFOOT U-16 side 4-0 in a friendly game at the Tiko Holforth field.

In the first segment of the game, it was the boys of Coach Ndzewiyi of ANAFOOT who put on a wonderful show.

During the segment, the young players squandered a lot of scoring chances as they failed to be realistic in front goal.


Their lack of experience saw both sides going on recess without the deadlock broken.

With both sides changes during the break, it was host Little Foot that had the second segment.

This saw them scoring four times to carry the day and also enable them to record their clean sheet in a long time.

The game ended 4-0.

Speaking to the press after  the game, Coach Chama Divine of Little Foot says it was a good match and that they are satisfied with the results. He further to say that they will continue working harder as they prepare for the new season.

On his part, Coach Ndzewiyi Beltus of ANAFOOT despite his side beaten 4-0, he said it was a wonderful game for the Under 16 as they continue their initiation into the game of football. To him, their objectives in the game were met and he was satisfied.

The return leg has been scheduled to take place in two weeks time in Limbe.
