Options Sports Academy El supremo, Awantoh Henry Neba has said he is committed to build a better enabling environment for football that recognizes the contributions of all, creates better opportunities for players still learning the trade.
He was addressing members of the Limbe Old Footballers Association, LOFAS, on Sunday, soon after he was officially recognized for his continuous role in the development and promotion of the sport in the Southwest region.
Unmasking the raison d’etre behind the red carpet reception LOFAS President Ashu Valentine said it is an opportunity to highlights and celebrate the important contributions of a man who has already created a status of a legend.
He added that since the rebirth of the association, the weight of expectations have been intense but there is a sense of optimism going forward as solidarity has been the principal weapon of LOFAS.
