After ending the last season at the second position with 46 points in 28 games, The Cottoners are already oiling the wheels for the upcoming season. The massive presentation of recruits had a goalkeeper, three centre-backs, a right-back and four midfielders.

President Fernand Sadou’s recruitment team had high profile players with six of the former Elite football captains. The list is made up of former captains of Panthère of Nde, Anye Derick Fru and Herve Ngomo; Stade Renard of Melong’s former captain, Thomas Legrand Nkuissi; former Bamboutos FC of Mbouda captain, Francis Balliang.

Other players include Ngombe Etame of Bamboutos FC of Mbouda, Youssoufia Houzaifi and Arnold Mezui Mbah from Colombe of Dja, Beyene Essama and Bile Obame of Boums FC and TKC, respectively

Stade Renard of Melong that ended the season at the 12th position with just 35 points in 28 games, also had to shop for players.
