Njalla Quan Sports Academy, NQSA, interest in the Cup of Cameroon is over for yet another year as they were sent crashing by Istanbul Football Academy of Buea, IFAB, after a 2-0 victory.
The game that was termed by bookmakers as a clash between youth and experience took place at the Tiko Town Green Stadium on Saturday, January 25.
In a game where both sides failed to create scoring chances in the first segment, it was Istanbul FA that was clinical enough to take their chances when they arose in the second segment of the game.
The brief story of the game
The second segment witnessed greater energy as hostilities became so high with both sides aiming for the curtain-raiser. With substitutions performed by both gaffers Ache Ebenezer of Istanbul FC and Coach Manfred Kouoh of NQSA, the curtain-raiser was imminent.
Cyrille Patrick opened the scoring for Istanbul FA after smashing the ball past goalkeeper Donald Azeh of NQSA to give his side the lead into the encounter at the 68th minute.

Down at 2-0, NQSA made a series of attempts to get back into the game but all were foiled by Istanbul hard rock defender Collins Ajuadem and co.
The final blast of the whistle will see Istanbul FA carrying the day after a 2-0 victory over NQSA.
