CUSA Ends Buea United’s Cup Of Cameroon Dreams

Catholic University Sports Academy, CUSA, on Sunday, January 26 ended Buea United FC Cup of Cameroon dreams after edging them 1-0 at the Tiko Town Green Stadium.

The local derby that was played away from home saw the Buea teams   clashing order to put their Cup of Cameroon dreams alive.

The first half had nothing to write about as both failed to find the back of the net. It was CUSA that came close on two occasions but was denied by BUFC keeper Jeter.

CUSA

A few minutes later, CUSA will come again but this time they were denied by the woodwork.

The half also saw BUFC squandering a  series of chances as they dominate the game.  The first half will end with the deadlock yet to broken.

When play will resume in the second half, it was CUSA that break the deadlock to take the lead in the encounter.

Despite being down by a goal, Buea United FC mounted a lot of pressure to get the leveller but to no avail.

At the end of the game, it was CUSA that sailed through as they defeated BUFC 1-0.
