In a mouthwatering encounter pitting Buea United FC against HO Academy in matchday 1 of the ongoing Southwest Regional Championship, Ngalame Clovis aka Charger marked his return to his boyhood club with a fine winner and an influential performance for Buea United FC.

Ngalame won the game with an intriguing move after a defensive blunder between HO Academy’s Johnson Dalle and Alexis-Lalas Nendja left goalkeeper Pharell Akibong helpless in front of Ngalame as he slotted the ball easily to kiss the back of the net.

The experienced forward had a great impact upfront as he contributed to most of the offensive play buildups by Buea United FC.

Ngalame started his career with Buea United FC where he was one of the leading top scorers with the club alongside another club legend Tabeng Viland.

He was part of the 2005-2007 formidable Buea United FC side.

He will, later on, leave Buea United FC for Botafogo where he continued his goal-scoring spree.

After a career that has seen him playing with many clubs, the deadly forward is back to his boyhood club as they set ahead of new ambitions.
