SW Championship: Tiko United FC Extend Winning Run

The Samba Boys continue to enjoy victory as they edged a stubborn Little Foot FC side 3-2 at the Tiko Town Green Stadium to make it two straight wins in the Southwest Regional League.

The game that was one of the biggest started with Little Foot FC failing to score from the spot after they were awarded a penalty.

The Samba Boys will capitalise on the penalty missed breaking the deadlock to take the lead before both sides went on recess.

When play will resume in the second half, Tiko United increased the tally to 2-0 but will fail to keep their back door locked as Little Foot FC reduced tally to 2-1.

They will later on get the equaliser but their joy was shortlived as Tiko United got the winner to make it 3-2 as they march on with their second consecutive win this season.

They maintained their unbeaten status this season in the championship. They now have six points in two games and are top in their pool.

The Samba Boys continue to dance the Samba dance after beating Ajax and Little Foot FC.
