Franco-Cameroon and Inter Milan midfielder Lucien Jefferson Agoumé has extended his stay with Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan, reports TuttoMercatoWeb.
The 18-year-old midfielder’s contract with Inter Milan was due to expire 2023 but with a one-year extension, it will end in 2024.
Born in Cameroon, he is a youth international for France where he has played in their U 14 and 17 sides scoring five times in 21 appearances. Yet to play for the Les Bleus senior side, the teenage midfielder is eligible to play for Cameroon.
Agoume on October 19, 2018, made his professional debut with Sochaux in a 2–1 Ligue 2 win over Troyes at the age of 16. He will later move on to play a total of 15 games before joining Italian giant Inter Milan on July 5, 2019.
Since then, he has made just an appearance in the club’s game on December 15 against Fiorentina that ended on a 1-1 tie.
